Shipping

• Complimentary ground shipping within 1 to 10 business days for items up to $2,000
• Express delivery is required for orders greater than $2,000
• Items greater than $25,000 require white glove delivery
• Purchases are delivered in an orange box tied with a Bolduc ribbon, with the exception of certain items

Returns and exchanges 

• Easy and complimentary, within 30 days
• We recommend that you try your shoes on non-abrasive or carpeted surfaces. We will not be able to accept your return if the sole is damaged or marked.
• The Hermès Sellier tag must be intact, attached, and free of any alteration or damage. Personalized product cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Your purchases are delivered in an orange box tied with a Bolduc ribbon, with the exception of fragrances, makeup and beauty products, books, certain equestrian and bulky items.
During checkout, you can include a card with a personalized message and a priceless invoice.
