Shipping & returns
Our delivery costs are flat and there are no extra costs at delivery.
You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your
package has been shipped from the distribution centre. If you have checked in as a registered user, log into your account to check the most up-to-date status of your order.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address, or the contents of the order.

Valore products are made with carefully selected materials that are sourced and handmade in Florence, Italy. Please handle with care for longer product life. The Valore Blazon monogram is hand-printed onto Tuscan calf leather and is a natural material, it will age with a rich patina and become softer with usage.
