Our delivery costs are flat and there are no extra costs at delivery.
You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your
package has been shipped from the distribution centre. If you have checked in as a registered user, log into your account to check the most up-to-date status of your order.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will
make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address, or the contents
of the order.

How to exchange to another size or colour
You can exchange your order within 30 days of your online purchase at any of our retail stores worldwide (except for department stores, outlets, wholesalers and franchises).

Valore products are made with carefully selected materials that are sourced and handmade in Florence, Italy. Please handle with care for longer product life. The Valore Blazon monogram is hand-printed onto Tuscan calf leather and is a natural material, it will age with a rich patina and become softer with usage.

VALORE belts use European sizing—the length in centimeters is measured from the buckle to the middle hole. Please note, additional holes are spaced at 5cm intervals to allow for a closer or looser fit.
